   Class for two focuses on teaching your birth partner methods to use to help reduce tension, anxiety and pain during the birth process, helping them to take a supportive role in helping alleviate some discomfort of the laboring woman. Methods include specific relaxation and pain-relief techniques. Class runs between 1 ½ to 2 hours.

   Instruction is specially designed for your baby and you. Instruction will be divided into three sessions, with each lasting approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours. Massage techniques and related materials are taught in stages so parents can practice between sessions and questions can be addressed the following week. Informational packet included in price.
